How to add your Message Providers

Before you can start sending messages via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, you must establish a connection with a third-party provider.

Step 1. Register with a message provider

Register with one of the following providers based on the type of messages you want to send:

• Emails:
  • MessageBird (Sparkpost): Offers an easy setup process.
  • Amazon SES: Requires a more technical setup but provides robust features.
• SMSs:
  • Clickatell: Suitable for sending SMS messages only.
  • SMSPortal: Supports both sending and receiving SMS messages.
• WhatsApp:
  • Twilio: A familiar option for WhatsApp messaging.
  • InfoBip: Getting started is easy. Experience WhatsApp two-way communication.

Step 2. Connect to your preferred message provider

• Navigate to Get Started > Connect your message providers.

OR

• Navigate to Settings > Message Providers > Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

• Click on Create.

Step 3. Provide message provider's details

• Please note that all mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
• After populating the message provider's details, click on Save.
• Click on Save.

Once you've completed these steps, you should be successfully connected to your preferred message provider, and you can start sending messages via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
