Add an SMS Provider

• Before you can send any SMSs, you need to add an SMS provider.
• Here is a list of recommended SMS providers; (https://smsportal.com/, https://www.clickatell.com/ and https://www.twilio.com/)

Step1 Add an SMS Provider

• Navigate to Settings-SMS

• Click on Create

• Select the provider

- Note: SwitchTransact does provide pre-populated providers, but you can also request to add your own SMS provider (please email [email protected] to add your preferred provider.)

• Copy and Paste your SMS provider API Key below.

- Also provide the sending addresses where the emails will be sent from.

- Tick "Is Active" to make it live.

• Click on Save to complete.
