2022-04-11 - SMS "Clicked On" Tracking

You can now track how many times recipients opened a link inside an SMS

When you create your SMS you can enable the Click Tracking feature. You can follow this link to create an SMS: Send an SMS

  • Navigate to Engage-Outbound-SMS, then click on Create, scroll down the details page until you find the "Enable Click Tracking"

  • View how many times the link was opened from the SMS

For more advanced tracking, you can view the events of the SMS 

  • From the Action column, click on the 3-dot menu, and select "View Events"

  • You can now see who opened the link
