Add Accounts, Leads or Contacts to a List

  • You can group specific Accounts, Leads or Contacts by configuring the Query Builder and add the results to a list OR you can add individuals separately to a list.
  • You need to create a list first before you can add Accounts, Leads or Contacts to a list, click here to read more about How to Create a List.

 

Specify results from the Query Builder

Step 1. Navigate to Contacts-Accounts (or Leads or Contacts)

  • Select Query Builder.

  • Utilise the Query Builder to filter through the individuals you wish to view, then click Search.

Step 2. Add Results to List

  • Select "Add Results to List".

  • Choose the list you previously generated from the drop-down menu and click "Add to List".


 

Add individual Accounts, Leads or Contacts

Step 1. Navigate to Contacts-Accounts (or Leads or Contacts)

  • Select at least one Account, Lead or Contact and click on "Manage Lists".

  • Choose the list you previously generated from the drop-down menu and click on "Add".
