You can group specific Accounts, Leads or Contacts by configuring the Query Builder and add the results to a list OR you can add individuals separately to a list.
You need to create a list first before you can add Accounts, Leads or Contacts to a list, click here to read more about How to Create a List.
Specify results from the Query Builder
Step 1. Navigate to Contacts-Accounts (or Leads or Contacts)
Select Query Builder.
Utilise the Query Builder to filter through the individuals you wish to view, then click Search.
Step 2. Add Results to List
Select "Add Results to List".
Choose the list you previously generated from the drop-down menu and click "Add to List".
Add individual Accounts, Leads or Contacts
Step 1. Navigate to Contacts-Accounts (or Leads or Contacts)
Select at least one Account, Lead or Contact and click on "Manage Lists".
Choose the list you previously generated from the drop-down menu and click on "Add".
