View SMS Message Replies

You can now view a reply message from an SMS

• After you set up your SMSs, members can reply to these SMS and you can view them.
• Please click here if you need to set up an SMS first: "Send an SMS"

Step1. View the Replied SMS

• Navigate to Engage-Messages-SMS

• Select the "View Events" under the Action column.

• You can now see in the "Message" column the reply from a member.

• If it is a very long message, you can view the record, and click on the Actions bar.
