2022-03-24 - New Dropdown Status Items in Email/SMS

You can now filter through the statuses of all emails and SMS's from a new dropdown menu. The menu consist of the following statuses:

- All Statuses

- Draft

- Completed

- Disabled

- Paused 

- Running

Step1. Select the Status of an email or SMS

  • Navigate to Engage-Emails
  • Select the Status from the dropdown menu
