Add Notes/Tasks to a Profile

What are Notes and Tasks?

  • Notes: You can add a Note to describe or remind a certain aspect of the person or company
  • Tasks: You can Task requests and assign them to an Administrator to be actioned on this Account or Company Profile.

- There are different types of Tasks that you can use to make it more specific: 


Step1. Add a Note

  • Navigate to Notes/Tasks

  • On the top left under NOTES, there are options you can choose from;

- Assigned to me: meaning this is where other administrators created a note/task for you.

- Unresolved Tasks: a list of tasks still in progress.

- All Tasks: a list of all your tasks.

- All notes/tasks: a list of all tasks and notes on one page.

  • On the right click on "Add Note"

  • Give your note a description and select a Type and category, click on "Save"

Step2. Assign a Note/Task

  • Click on "All Tasks"
  • Assign your notes and tasks to someone else, in this case, it will be an Administrator of the platform.
