2024-08-22 Integration of "Forms" as a Distinct Module in Query Builder

To enhance the process of searching for records based on form submissions, the "Forms" module has been added as a distinct category in the query builder. This update allows users to filter and manage records more effectively by directly searching for specific form submissions, rather than relying on the existing method of filtering by People/Companies and Source of Record which you cannot specify a specific form.

Changes Implemented:

  1. New "Forms" Module in Query Builder:
    • Module Addition: "Forms" has been added as a separate module in the query builder, allowing users to filter records based on form submissions.
    • Improved Filtering: Users can now precisely differentiate between various forms, making it easier to manage and search records based on specific form submissions.

      New Parameters Added:

    • Form Name:
      • A drop-down field has been added, allowing users to select the specific form they wish to filter by.
    • Date Completed:
      • A date field that allows users to filter records based on the exact date the form was completed.
    • Days (Ago) Completed:
      • A counter field that enables users to filter records by the number of days since the form was submitted.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Search Precision: This update significantly improves the ability to search and manage records associated with specific forms, streamlining data management and reporting.
  • User Efficiency: By integrating these new filtering options, users can more easily access the relevant data they need, improving overall efficiency.
