2024-07-01 Relocate Opt-Out Settings

Moved Opt-Out Sections:

    • We relocated the opt-out sections from the Message Creation and Editing process to the Message Providers settings.
    • This change applies to Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Message Providers.

    • This change allows admins to configure opt-out settings in one place, just once, simplifying the message-sending process.


Benefits:

  • Simplified Workflow:
    • By centralising the opt-out configuration in the settings, users no longer need to handle this step each time they create or edit a message.
    • This change reduces repetitive tasks, making the platform easier to use.
