2024-06-04 Removal of Campaigns & Contact Centre

  1. Campaign Functionality:
    • Completely removed the Campaign section from the system.
    • Eliminated the Campaigns dropdown from all sections and any related backend functionality, including APIs.
    • Updated user permissions to remove access to Campaigns.

  1. Contact Centre and Workflow:
    • Removed the Contact Centre outbound section and any related backend automations.
    • Eliminated the Call Centre workflow functionality.
    • Removed the Approvals bulk action buttons and the row actions dropdown.
    • Updated user permissions to remove access to the Contact Centre workflow.
