How to change a Team Member's Password
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can easily reset it using the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page.
- Visit the Login Page: Go to the login page https://app.switchtransact.com/login.
- Click on "Forgot Password": Below the login fields, you'll find a link labeled "Forgot Password."
- Enter Your Email: You'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check Your Email: After submitting your email address, check your inbox for an email from us. This email will contain instructions and a link to reset your password.
- Reset Your Password: Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password.
- Log in with Your New Password: Once you've reset your password, return to the login page and log in using your new credentials.
Assistance from Another User:
If you're unable to reset your password using the "Forgot Password" feature, another user can assist you by navigating to your profile and inserting a new password for you. Here's how:
- Access User Profiles: The user who wishes to assist you should have the necessary permissions to access user profiles.
- Navigate to Your Profile: The assisting user should locate and navigate to your profile within the platform/application. This can usually be done through an admin or user management section.
- Insert New Password: Within your profile settings, the assisting user will find an option to change/reset your password. They can insert a new password on your behalf.
- Notify You: Once the password has been updated, the assisting user should inform you of the new password.
- Log in with New Password: You can now use the new password provided by the assisting user to log in to your account.
