2024-02-22 Role Duplication

1. Role Duplication Feature:

   • Added a "Duplicate" action in the action list on the Teams Settings page under the "Roles" section.
   • Users can now easily duplicate existing roles for quicker setup and customisation.
   • Improved role management by allowing users to duplicate roles with similar permissions and settings.

2. Role Duplication Process:

   • When a role is duplicated, the duplicated role inherits the exact same permissions and settings as the original.
   • The name of the duplicated role is automatically appended with " - Copy" for easy identification (e.g., Role Name - Copy).

3. Role Customisation:

   • After duplication, users can edit the duplicated role, including changing the role name and modifying permissions and settings as needed.
