Role Templates Creation:

    • Created system role templates for various user roles including Administrator, Contact Centre Agent, Contact Centre Manager, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
    • Users can now select predefined role templates when assigning roles to team members.

Administrator Role Configuration:

    • Configured the Administrator role to be non-editable by users, ensuring system integrity.
    • Administrator role is now set as non-deletable to maintain system stability and security.
