2024-02-22 Create Roles for Teams Permissions
Team Roles:
- Introduced a new section called "Roles" under Teams for managing roles and permissions.
- Users can now access the "Roles" section via Settings>Access>Roles.
- Users can create new roles, set permissions, and manage role statuses.
Assigning Roles:
- You can now assign multiple roles to users.
- Users can choose from active roles listed in the Roles manager or Customise Permissions.
Custom Permissions:
- Implemented functionality for users to define custom permissions if needed.
- Added the option for creating a new role whilst assigning permissions to a user, with a field for specifying the new role name.
Roles Representation:
- Added a new column called "Role(s)" to display the role(s) assigned to each user on the Teams settings page.
- The "Role(s)" column accurately reflects whether a user has specific roles assigned or custom permissions.
