2023-11-27 Spit and Merge Tags and Lists

Introducing new functionality to enhance client experience with list and tag management on the platform by implementing Merge and Split functionality.

Lists

Split lists:

    • A user-friendly modal guides you through the process, allowing you to choose the audience type, select the list, and configure settings such as the number of sublists you wish to split your original list into.

Merge Lists:

    • A straightforward modal assists you in selecting the audience type, naming the merged list, and choosing the lists to merge. Advanced settings such as linking to a campaign and enabling API access are also available.

Tags

Tag Splitting:

    • Split tags effortlessly by using the "Split a Tag" action button or the "..." menu next to a record. This feature allows you to divide tagged records into smaller subtags.
    • A user-friendly modal guides you through the tag splitting process, allowing you to choose the audience type, select the tag, and configure settings such as the number of subtags and other advanced options.

Tag Merging:

    • Merge tags seamlessly by selecting checkboxes, using the "Merge Tags" action button, or accessing the "..." menu next to a tag. This functionality helps combine tags for more comprehensive data management.
    • A straightforward modal assists you in selecting the audience type, naming the merged tag, and choosing the tags to merge. Advanced settings such as linking to a campaign and enabling API access are also available.
