New Feature: Filter Added to Messages in the Query Builder - Content/Reply:

• We have added a new filter option, "Content/Reply," to the Messages module in the Query Builder.
  • Operators:
    • Equal
    • Not Equal
    • Begins With
    • Doesn't Begin With
    • Contains
    • Doesn't Contain
    • Ends With
    • Doesn't End With
    • Is Empty
    • Is Not Empty
    • Is Null
    • Is Not Null
  • Value Field Type:
    • Char

User Enhancement:

• The Query Builder interface for the Messages module now includes the new "Content/Reply" filter option.
• This new filter enables specific for message events.
• When a message (SMS, Email or WhatsApp) is sent from Switch, the addition of the "Content/Reply" filter in the query builder allows users to specifically search for the actual message event containing certain text.

Example:

• For a message like "Reply 'yes' if you are interested," users can now search for the message replies associated with that specific message using the "Is Reply" filter together with the "Content/Reply" filter.
