Convert a Lead to an Account

Convert a Lead to an Account
Step 1. Choose your Lead
- Navigate to Contacts-People/Companies-Leads
- Identify the Lead you wish to convert to an Account and click on View Record.
- Click on Convert to Account. This conversion will change the role of the Contact from Lead to Account.
Please note that Converting a Lead to an Account will automatically mark this Contact as an Active Account.
Step 2. Provide further details
- This conversion process grants you immediate access to vital options, such as the ability to add Subscriptions and link Bank Accounts, facilitating efficient Account management .
