Add Message Validator

• Validating your data are crucial data management processes used to ensure that your data is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable.

• Connect to a 3rd party email validator to ensure you only send emails to valid mailboxes.

  We make use of the following providers: Emailable, MessageBird, NeverBounce and ZeroBounce.

Connect to a message validator

Step 1. Register with a message validator

• Visit one of the following message validators' site to open an account with them: Emailable, MessageBird, NeverBounce and ZeroBounce.

Step 2. Connect to your preferred message provider

• (As a new client) Navigate to Get Started-Clean and validate your data and click on Connect to a provider.

OR

• Navigate to Settings-Messaging-Validation and click on Create.

Step 3. Provide your Message validator's details

Please note that all mandatory fields are marked with an *.

- Provider: Choose the provider you set up an account with.

- Name: Enter the provider's name here.

- API Key: Copy the API key from your message validator. The API key is typically a long string of characters and numbers that grants access to a particular service or system.

- API Secret:

- Active?: By checking the box, you wish to make the provider active.

- Default?: By checking the default box, you will make this provider your default provider. This function is useful if you have more than one provider.

- Automatic?: By checking this box, all emails will automatically be checked when loaded on the platform by your default provider, based on the audience groups identified in the next field. Alternatively the emails can be validated manually .

- Audience groups: Select one or more options from the drop-down provided.

• Click Save after populating your Message Validator details.
