Create Deactivations

  • Deactivations are options to add ass a reason when disabling/cancelling/deactivating an Account record.

Step1. Create a Deactivation reason.

  • Navigate to Settings-Contacts-Deactivations.
  • Create the Reason

  • Provide Details for your deactivation "Reason".

Step2. When to use a Deactivation reason.

- When you cancel or deactivate an account, you will need to give a reason why this member wants or need to cancel/deactivate.

  • Deactivate an Account, tick the box next to the member and select "Deactivate"
  • From the "Type" drop-down, select the deactivation reason your created or from the pre-populated reasons already provided in the system.

  • Click on Deactivate when finished.
