Create Branches

  • Create Branches for your specific business.
  • You can assign branches to an Account when adding a Subscription Product.

Step1. Create a Branch

  • Navigate to Settings-Contacts-Branches.

  • Create a Branch

  • Provide details for your Branch

- You can assign a region to your branch as well, click here to create Regions

  • Click Save to finish.

Step2. Assign Branches to an Account Record.

  • Edit an Account

  • Scroll down to Marketing and select the Branch from the drop-down

  • Click on Save to finish.

Step3. Assign a Branch when you add a Subscription Product to an Account Record.

  • View an Account

  • After you added a Subscription, you need to add a Product

  • Provide the relevant details for your product and assign the Branch name.

  • After you completed the product info, click on add product.
