Merge "is_email and is_newsletter" tick boxes for People and Companies
In the past when creating a new people or company, and you scroll down to the Marketing options, you could tick both "Is_Email" and "Is_Newsletter" boxes. Now it is merged as one tick box. "Can Send Email Messages".
Both of these previous tick boxes had different meanings, but they did not make sense to the user, since a newsletter is also an email.
Please take note, when creating a newsletter you have the option to add an "Unsubscribe Page" to it, for the member to decide if they want emails or not, click on this link to go to "Unsubscribe Pages"
