List Actions

New List Actions have been implemented.

  • You can now Remove the query results from a List (Remove List Results)
  • You can Remove duplicate records based on "ID Number | Mobile Number | Email Address" (Remove Duplicates)
  • You can also Remove records by their Role "Accounts | Leads | Contacts" (Remove Role)

Step1. Navigate to your List

  • Navigate to Contacts-Lists

  • Select your List and Click on "List Actions"

Step2. Remove Duplicates

  • Click on List Actions for the drop-down menu and select "Remove Duplicates"

  • Select the drop-down on "Primary Matching Column"

  • The primary matching column consists of the following: (You can select only one item for matching duplicates)

- ID Number

- Email Address

- Cell phone Number

  • Select the "Rule"

- The rule allows you to keep the latest or oldest record entry of an Account or Lead

Step3. Remove Roles

- There might be a situation where Accounts and Lead entries end up in the same List, with this option you can now either remove an Account or Lead from a list.

  • Select the List Action drop-down and click on "Remove Role"

  • Select Between Account, Lead or Contact


TAKE NOTE: 

- These options apply to both People and Company List Types.

- The "Remove Results" will only remove the list's set query builder parameters.

- If you want to quickly access the "List Actions" without going into a List, just click on the "Actions" menu:
